This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The role involves assisting clients in buying property by understanding their needs and offering tailored options from a wide range of projects. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting property tours, staying informed about market conditions, negotiating deals, and maintaining knowledge of available properties and offers.

• Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a valid Real Estate License
• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Sales practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Cairo and the Middle East is preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Flexible availability and commitment to on-site operations
