This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include identifying client requirements, advising clients on suitable properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The selected candidate will work closely with a supportive team in a vibrant, collaborative environment to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

• Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and experience with Real Estate transactions
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service orientation and experience
• Effective Sales skills with an ability to negotiate and close deals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Egypt and the Middle East, is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
