Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The role involves identifying and presenting potential property opportunities, managing transactions, and building lasting client relationships. The Real Estate Sales Agent will consult clients on their property needs, provide market insights, conduct property viewings, and facilitate sales negotiations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge of the real estate market, preparing property listings, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate transactions
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong Customer Service experience to communicate effectively with clients
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales strategies within the real estate market
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
