Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role involves interacting with clients to identify their property needs, handling real estate sales transactions, and providing tailored customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include marketing properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with clients. The agent will also stay informed on market trends and provide expert guidance on luxury properties and investment opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Real Estate Sales with strong knowledge of the real estate market
  • A valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of industry regulations
  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong Sales abilities with a focus on guiding clients through property transactions
  • Proficiency in negotiation and communication with an ability to close deals effectively
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially Arabic, are an advantage
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of luxury real estate and off-plan project advisory is a plus

Requirements:

Proven experience in Abu Dhabi real estate

Strong knowledge of local communities, leasing & sales

Existing client network is a plus

Self-motivated and target-driven

RERA / DARI registration preferred
