Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who can confidently manage leads, close deals, and eventually lead a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle fresh leads daily and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings, property tours, and online consultations.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Guide, train, and motivate junior team members.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and daily reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 78 years of real estate sales experience (Dubai market preferred).
- Proven success in off-plan and secondary property sales.
- Strong Hindi and Urdu communication skills with fluent English.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and leadership ability.
- Must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate.
