Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who can confidently manage leads, close deals, and eventually lead a small sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle fresh leads daily and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct client meetings, property tours, and online consultations.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
  • Guide, train, and motivate junior team members.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 78 years of real estate sales experience (Dubai market preferred).
  • Proven success in off-plan and secondary property sales.
  • Strong Hindi and Urdu communication skills with fluent English.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and leadership ability.
  • Must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate.
