Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role located in Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for managing property transactions, building lasting relationships with clients, conducting property showings, and negotiating deals. The role also involves providing expert market analyses, ensuring high-level customer service, and staying updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practices
- Valid Real Estate License is required
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and laws
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in using real estate technology and CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
