Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and staying updated with market trends. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and building a strong client network.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and prior experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge and understanding of Real Property transactions and market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
