Real Estate Sales Broker (Full Real Estate Spectrum | Commission-Based) – URBAN

As a Master Broker with exclusive developer partnerships, URBAN operates across the full real estate spectrum including leasing, secondary market, off-plan, and exclusive in-house projects. Our agents are not restricted to a single segment. Instead, you will have the flexibility to work across all verticals while receiving qualified, in-house generated leads for each.

Your Role

· Represent and sell URBAN's exclusive developments across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah

· Work across leasing, secondary sales, off-plan, and in-house inventory

· Manage and convert qualified leads provided across all segments

· Build and maintain relationships with HNW investors

· Develop a network of partner agencies to expand your pipeline

· Advise clients on market insights, investments, and opportunities

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

· Leverage marketing and media support to grow your personal brand

· Consistently achieve and exceed performance KPIs

Compensation & Benefits

· Commission-based structure with AED 30,000–60,000+ OTE per month
