Key Responsibilities

Property Sales & Promotion

• Actively market residential and commercial properties using leading portals, social media, and networking channels

• Conduct property viewings, present features clearly, and guide clients through the sales process

Client Advisory & Consultation

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Build trust through expert advice and professional service from inquiry to completion

Leasing & Negotiation

• Assist tenants and landlords in leasing transactions

• Negotiate rental terms and manage the leasing process end-to-end

Market Expertise

• Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

• Provide data-driven insights to help clients make informed decisions

Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors

• Ensure consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer experience

Compliance & Documentation

• Prepare contracts, agreements, and transactional documentation

• Ensure full compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations

Networking & Lead Generation

• Attend industry events, launches, and networking opportunities

• Proactively generate leads and expand your professional network

Performance & Targets

• Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets

• Demonstrate a strong hunger for success and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai

• Must be currently based in Dubai with the right to work

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven mindset
