Job Overview
Aurantius Real Estate Broker is expanding and seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our Off-Plan and Secondary Market teams in Dubai.
We are looking for motivated professionals with a minimum of 6 months of Dubai real estate experience who are confident in generating leads, conducting viewings, and closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close Off-Plan and/or Secondary market transactions
- Source and secure property listings
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Negotiate and close deals professionally
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan or Secondary)
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Good understanding of the Dubai property market
- RERA certification preferred
- UAE driving license preferred
- Fluent in English (German, Turkish, European or other languages are an advantage)
- Target-driven and professional attitude
