Job Overview

Aurantius Real Estate Broker is expanding and seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our Off-Plan and Secondary Market teams in Dubai.

We are looking for motivated professionals with a minimum of 6 months of Dubai real estate experience who are confident in generating leads, conducting viewings, and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and close Off-Plan and/or Secondary market transactions
  • Source and secure property listings
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Follow up on company-provided leads
  • Negotiate and close deals professionally
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan or Secondary)
  • Strong sales and closing skills
  • Good understanding of the Dubai property market
  • RERA certification preferred
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Fluent in English (German, Turkish, European or other languages are an advantage)
  • Target-driven and professional attitude
