Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate juniorsenior Sales Agent located in new Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, evaluating properties, and conducting property showings. Daily tasks will include generating leads, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a thorough understanding of the real estate market and trends, and the ability to work effectively with clients to meet their property needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience and licensing in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales skills in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in New Cairo
  • Proactive approach and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to stay updated on market trends and property regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
