Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. You will manage client consultations, identify property needs, and provide expert advice to guide clients in purchasing, renting, or selling residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include handling property viewings, developing strong client relationships, and staying updated on market trends. You will also work closely with the team and other professionals to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Real Estate, including Real Estate Sales and general property knowledge
  • Exceptional skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to deliver effective Training and mentoring for clients on property-related topics
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in market research and familiar with local real estate trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
