Role Summary – Introducing Brokers (IBs) & Affiliates

Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Affiliates act as external growth partners responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation for the brokerage. IBs typically build and manage trading communities or direct client relationships, while Affiliates focus more on digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion funnels. Both roles are performance-driven and operate as key distribution channels for expanding market reach.

• Consistent client acquisition (quality over quantity)
• High client retention and trading activity

• Ability to scale a network (sub-IBs, communities, traffic channels)
