Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Director, located in Elsheikh Zayed. The Real Estate Sales Director will be responsible for leading sales strategies, managing a sales team, and developing business opportunities in the real estate market. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing transactions involving real property, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and driving sales performance to meet organizational goals. The individual will also be responsible for setting sales targets, mentoring sales staff, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service for driving business growth and fostering client satisfaction
• Experience in managing and leading teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Familiarity with local market conditions in Giza and surrounding areas is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
