We're Hiring: Real Estate Sales Director | Dubai
We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Director to lead, scale, and dominate sales operations in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
This role is strictly for proven leaders, not individual contributors looking to step up.
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (mandatory)
Proven track record in off-plan and secondary market sales
Must bring an existing sales team or
demonstrate the ability to build and fully establish a team within 1 month
Strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key investors
Experience managing KPIs, targets, pipelines, and commissions
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong understanding of RERA, DLD, and Dubai market dynamics
Role Responsibilities
Lead and scale the sales division
Recruit, train, and manage high-performing agents
Drive revenue growth and monthly targets
Structure commission plans and sales processes
Build strong developer and strategic partnerships
Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations
