Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in 6th of October for a Real Estate Sales professional. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining strong customer relationships, and staying updated on real estate market trends. The Real Estate Sales professional will also conduct property showings, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Proven expertise in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property regulations
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented attitude, and a proactive work ethic
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
