Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, delivering exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves staying updated on the real estate market, collaborating with team members, and providing guidance to clients throughout the transaction process. Maintaining professionalism while handling negotiations and closing deals is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and vast knowledge of the Real Estate market
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service for client interaction and satisfaction
- Experience in Training others is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's real estate regulations, laws, and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
