Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Real Estate Sales Executive will handle property sales, build and maintain relationships with clients, and assist clients in buying and selling properties. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, understanding market trends, and delivering high-quality customer service. The candidate will also work closely with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property market knowledge
  • Strong Sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales goals
  • Familiarity with local market trends in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
