Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales (Fresh) Associate based in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include building client relationships, identifying client needs, listing properties, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and the team to ensure smooth and successful real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and knowledge in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property regulations
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
