Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Professional, located in Cairo. The role involves managing client relationships, showcasing high-end properties, negotiating sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will handle property inquiries, conduct property tours, and support clients in making informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, they will stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice and insights.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate practices
  • Strong Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in Customer Service and building client relationships
  • Understanding of Real Property principles and property management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and staying updated on industry trends
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
