Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage a team of real estate agents, and drive business growth by implementing effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, developing client relationships, coordinating with property owners and buyers, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve adhering to applicable regulations and ensuring compliance within the real estate domain.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Strong background in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is an added advantage
