EGRE International Real Estate is an established international brokerage with headquarters in London and Dubai, and four offices across China. We specialize in connecting global investors with high-performing real estate opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Dubai sales team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate and a proven track record of managing a successful sales operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for off-plan and secondary market properties
Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and overall team performance
Recruit, train, and mentor property consultants
Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
Support negotiations and closing of high-value transactions
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate in a senior sales or managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and team performance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong business development and client relationship management abilities
RERA certification preferred
Fluency in English is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Native-level English fluency with a neutral or international communication style
Proven experience working with UK and European investor markets
Established network of international investors, particularly within the UK and Europe
Strong understanding of structured sales processes and international client servicing standards
Experience managing and converting high-net-worth overseas investors
