We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you'll do

  • Independently develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets. Stay ahead of market trends to ensure a competitive advantage, effectively manage the sales database to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing personalized solutions and ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through to sale closure, build relationships with third parties such as banking partners or high-end retailers to generate potential sales leads.
  • Continuously research the luxury real estate market, competitors, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in a competitive environment.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring the delivery of optimal sales outcomes while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and sales processes efficiently.
  • Ensure that all interactions and client data are up-to-date and tracked for future opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from client identification and relationship development to finalizing contracts and ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Develop partnerships with third-party agents, brokers, and relevant stakeholders to generate sales leads and increase market visibility.
  • Ensure all sales contracts, agreements, and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Provide top-tier customer service, offering tailored solutions and maintaining a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or any related field, preferably with RERA qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market, with experience in working with international buyers.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-value property sales, with a proven track record of closing deals with high-net-worth clients. Work experience with a developer is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least any one additional language preferred.
  • Effective third-party management skills.
