Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (with visits to Khobar branch)
We are a leading real estate development company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and contribute to our growth in both Riyadh and Khobar.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of the Riyadh and Eastern Province property markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel between branches
