Preeminent Properties is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and support our continued growth in Dubai's dynamic property market.
We are seeking a strong leader with solid knowledge of both off-plan and ready properties, who can drive performance, mentor agents, and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and ready property portfolios
- Monitor KPIs, pipelines, and team performance
- Train, coach, and mentor agents to maximize productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of agents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate market
- Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary (ready) properties
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations
- Target-driven mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
