About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with proven experience in managing roadshows and event-based sales activities. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence through strategic partnerships and roadshow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Plan, organize, and execute local and international roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive project sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and partners
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting reports
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record in roadshows and off-plan property sales
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • UAE real estate market knowledge is essential
