About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager with proven experience in managing roadshows and event-based sales activities. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence through strategic partnerships and roadshow initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Plan, organize, and execute local and international roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive project sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and partners
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting reports
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure successful campaign execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in roadshows and off-plan property sales
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- UAE real estate market knowledge is essential
