Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The role involves managing real estate sales activities, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and leading a team of sales professionals. The candidate will oversee client relations, negotiate real estate transactions, guide clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, and provide expert advice on the property market in the UAE. Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data to provide informed advice
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the real estate industry
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi, is a strong asset
  • Ability to manage a team of team leaders
  • Ability to structure target for the sales team
