We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales performance, lead a dynamic team, and contribute to the company's continued growth in the UAE real estate market.

Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading, training, and managing a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating with developers, and ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan, secondary, and leasing properties.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare management reports
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and key clients
  • Ensure adherence to RERA, DLD, and company policies
  • Oversee lead distribution, follow-ups, and CRM management
  • Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures when required
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with marketing team on campaigns, listings, and promotions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Bilingual candidates (Arabic & English) are an advantage
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in UAE real estate, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property market (off-plan & secondary)
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • RERA certification (preferred or required by employer)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
