Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales - Rent role based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in renting properties by understanding their requirements, providing property recommendations, scheduling and conducting property viewings, and negotiating rental agreements. The candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and staying updated on market trends and property listings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property concepts
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with the New Cairo rental market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
