Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Representative, located in Mokattam. The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, marketing properties effectively, and providing outstanding customer service throughout real estate transactions. The role also involves negotiating contracts and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed goals
• Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
