Role Summary

The Real Estate Sales Supervisor leads and manages the day-to-day performance of the real estate sales team to achieve revenue and unit sales targets. The role is responsible for executing sales plans, strengthening pipeline management, coaching and developing sales consultants, and ensuring consistent reporting and governance. The successful candidate will bring strong market awareness of the Eastern Province, proven leadership capability, and a data-driven approach to performance management through KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Supervision & Daily Sales Execution
  • Supervise the real estate sales team and ensure disciplined execution of daily/weekly sales activities.
  • Assign leads and territories (if applicable), set priorities, and monitor follow-up quality and responsiveness.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and documentation of all client interactions and sales stages.
  1. Sales Planning & Target Management
  • Support the development and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Cascade targets to individual team members and monitor progress against goals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
  1. Performance Management & KPI Tracking
  • Track key sales KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, pipeline coverage, closing ratio, average deal value, sales cycle time, cancellations).
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to ensure target achievement.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance insights to management.
  1. Coaching, Training & Team Development
  • Coach sales consultants on consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Deliver product and process training (pricing, payment plans, contracting flow, compliance).
  • Build a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and customer experience.
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Legal/Contracts to ensure smooth deal processing and customer handover.
  • Escalate operational blockers and resolve issues impacting sales momentum.
  1. Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to senior management (results, pipeline, forecasts, challenges, recommendations).
  • Provide insights on competitor activity and market trends in the Eastern Province.
  1. Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing governance, and ethical selling standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of client data and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field) is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing real estate sales and/or marketing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, pricing practices, and contracting procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance reporting, KPI tracking, and sales analytics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is strongly preferred.
