About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Supervisor to lead and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding our presence in the Saudi real estate market. The role focuses on supervising daily sales activities, coaching team members, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and conversion rates.
- Coach and guide sales representatives to improve productivity and closing ratios.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts.
- Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, preferably Riyadh.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
