Role Description
Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST. Applications from other industries will not be considered.
Manage and supervise the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads, clients, and brokers.
Coordinate with management.

Qualifications
Experience in real estate, sales, and real property transactions.
Valid real estate license and in-depth knowledge of the industry.
Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
Proven ability to lead and supervise a sales team effectively.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
