Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Sales Team Leader.
- Oversee and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Mentoring team members, managing property listings, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with real estate industry regulations.
- Demonstrate leadership, hands-on approach to sales, and a commitment to fostering an environment of collaboration within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Real Estate, including sales and an in-depth understanding of the real property market
- Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and financial forecasting for property investments
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly desirable
