Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, including identifying suitable properties, conducting market research, arranging property viewings, and providing expert advice on market trends and property values. The role also involves negotiating terms, facilitating agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and investment goals. Ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes
• Proficiency in property management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close property deals
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Previous experience in the real estate industry or a similar role is highly advantageous
