Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Representative located in New Cairo. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing potential clients, guiding customers through property transactions, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advice on the real estate market. The role also involves negotiating deals, preparing documents, and sustaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate Experience
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property processes
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software is a plus
