Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Nasr City. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, fostering long-term relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include property viewings, market research, negotiations, networking with potential clients, and guiding them through the transaction process with expert advice at each step.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation, with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and ability to conduct in-depth market research
  • Basic proficiency in Marketing and promoting property listings effectively
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms relevant to real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales roles is a plus
