Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Salesperson. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities, the salesperson will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and assist them in buying, selling, or renting properties. The role involves sourcing property leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on real estate market trends is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate concepts
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Customer Service skills to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
