Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Salesperson for a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients to identify their property needs, showcasing suitable real estate options, and navigating the sales process. This role also involves building strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Candidates will collaborate with team members to stay updated on market trends and available properties while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and understanding of the local market dynamics
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Customer Service skills to maintain and build long-term client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to client needs and negotiate effectively
• Experience in real estate or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing , or a related field is preferred
