Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Salesperson. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting property while providing exceptional customer service throughout their real estate journey. The role involves preparing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying updated on real estate trends and market conditions. The salesperson will also collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Property, Real Estate
• Proven track record in Sales with excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong Customer Service abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly in New Cairo, is preferred.
• Proficiency in time management and organization to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field
