This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key tasks include executing property viewings, negotiating deals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all transactions meet regulatory requirements. The role involves market research, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, and fostering lasting client relationships.

• Proven skills in customer service and client relationship management
• A valid Real Estate License and expertise in Real Property and Real Estate processes
• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and closing transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and a client-focused mindset
• Familiarity with the local Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
