Junior Field Operations & Real Estate Marketing Coordinator
Job Objective:
To support the company's field and administrative real estate operations, contributing to reducing operational costs and improving cash flow efficiency through research, documentation, and proactive field and administrative follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Field Real Estate Marketing:
Conduct site visits to neighborhoods and real estate projects to collect data and capture high-quality property photos.
Communicate with property owners and real estate agents to verify availability and property status.
Document property conditions on-site through photographs and detailed field notes.
2) Market Data Management:
Enter and categorize property, client, and broker data into the company's designated system.
Perform regular data updates and document any operational changes or observations.
3) Property Management:
Handover/Takeover process: Receive properties from owners and document their status (meters, keys, photos).
Manage owner-tenant relations (maintenance follow-up, payments, renewals, and evictions).
4) Administrative Support:
Assist the General Manager with organizational tasks and follow-ups as required.
Conduct procurement and supplier research (price comparisons, alternatives, and recommendations).
Execute supportive operational tasks related to the nature of the business.
5) Mobility & Logistics:
Perform work-related commuting and field tasks as per company instructions.

Working Hours:
Full-time Up to 12 hours per day (On-site).
