Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo. This role will be responsible for advising clients on property purchases, conducting market research, and maintaining a thorough understanding of all market dynamics. Daily tasks include client interaction, property viewings, offer negotiations, and the provision of comprehensive consulting services to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Sales experience and skills.
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo.
