We are looking for a proven property sales performer who knows how to win developers, dominate brokerage portfolios, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

If you have built serious billings in a property portal, classified platform, or high-performing brokerage environment, and you thrive in a competitive, target-driven setting, this opportunity is built for you.

This is not an account servicing role. This is a growth and revenue leadership position.

What You Will Own

  • Aggressive new business acquisition across developers and agencies
  • High-value subscription and premium advertising sales
  • Expansion of recurring revenue and portfolio growth
  • Strategic negotiation with major real estate players
  • Performance KPIs: revenue growth, ARPU, retention, listing upgrades
  • Market share expansion in a competitive environment

Who We Want

  • 610+ years in property portals, digital real estate advertising, or brokerage sales
  • Proven record of exceeding commercial targets
  • Strong hunter mentality with enterprise closing capability
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based property advertising models
  • Existing relationships with developers and leading agencies preferred
