What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of your journey from generating leads to closing deals while becoming a trusted advisor in the secondary market.

• Build and convert your own pipeline of leads into successful transactions
• Specialize in buying, selling, and leasing secondary market properties
• Conduct property viewings and confidently negotiate offers
• Create and maintain a strong network and client database
• Manage listings while actively sourcing new resale opportunities
• Stay ahead of Dubai's real estate trends and market movements
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Who We're Looking For

We value mindset just as much as experience.

• Previous UAE real estate experience is an advantage
• Secondary market experience is highly preferred
• Fresh candidates with strong ambition and passion are welcome
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional
• RERA certification is a plus
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Farsi and Russian speakers
