Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with property sales, purchases, and leasing. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams. The role also entails maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property market trends, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations, and achieving sales and leasing targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property practices
• Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Understanding of Real Estate Development processes
• Strong Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and market trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
