This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. Daily tasks include managing property listings, coordinating property viewings, liaising with clients, identifying potential property investments, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves staying up-to-date with market trends and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong skills in Customer Service and a client-focused approach
• Understanding of Real Estate Development processes
• Proficiency in Sales activities and negotiation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
