Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Specialist. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, identifying and showcasing real estate opportunities, and providing tailored investment advice. The specialist will manage property viewings, provide exceptional customer service, and work closely with clients and developers to meet their real estate needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
• Strong Sales skills, with a proven ability to close deals
• Proficiency in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations is highly advantageous
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
